Arnold Schwarzenegger said he was "never been happier to wait in line" and dropped two classic lines from his own films as he received his Covid-19 vaccine in LA yesterday.

The 73-year-old actor posted a video of himself getting the jab and added, "Come with me if you want to live!"

The famous line is first said by actor Michael Biehn in Terminator and repeated by Arnold in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, when he returns as the cyborg assassin from the future.

He also paraphrased another quote from one of his less famous films when he told the health care worker administering his vaccine to "put that needle down", a reference to the 1996 Christmas movie Jingle All the Way, where Schwarzenegger screams at a neighbour eating his wife's cookies: "Put that cookie down, now!"

However, some people noted that Arnie did not quip, "I’ll be back" in reference to his return for his second Covid-19 shot.
