George Clooney has said that his wife Amal, and the arrival of their three-year-old twins, Alexander and Ella, have 'changed everything' in his life.

"There is no question that having Amal in my life changed everything for me," the actor told CNN. "It was the first time that everything that she did and everything about her was infinitely more important than anything about me.

"And then we had these two knuckleheads," he said, referring to their children. "It is very fulfilling and something I didn’t see coming."

Asked about life during under lockdown and pandemic, the actor revealed a degree of self-sufficiency, saying that he had been trimming his own hair for 25 years.

"My hair’s really like straw, and so it’s easy to cut. You can’t really make too many mistakes. So, years ago, I bought a thing called a Flowbee, which device was popular in 1980s-era USA. I still have it, my haircuts take literally two minutes. Listen, man, it works."
