Deirdre O'Kane Talks Funny, 9.10pm, RTÉ One

Here’s the latest chat show from RTÉ - and its host is one of Ireland’s most popular performers, comedian Deirdre O’Kane.

In this six-parter she talks to a number of the country's biggest names, celebrating their career highlights and finding out what really makes them tick.

They'll share career highlights, personal experiences and memories, all with a sense of humour.

Speaking about the show, Deirdre O’Kane said: "It's been a long-held dream of mine to do a show like this where I get to sit down and have a proper chat with fellow performers, creatives and comrades in entertainment.

"The aim is definitely to have a bit of craic with it, but I think we'll also get genuine insight into how our guests were inspired to do what they do and how they forged their paths."
