Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has revealed she is in 'agony' due to a slipped disc and a tear at the base of her spine.
Responding to a fan on Twitter the 27-year-old Little Mix star said she "dies" every time she performs but is persevering through the pain, because "it's worth it."
Edwards shared an update on her health after the chart-topping girl band debuted their new single, Sweet Melody, on their BBC talent show, The Search.
A fan asked if it took long to recover after learning the high-energy dance routine that accompanies the track.
Perrie responded: "I recently found out I have a slipped disc and tear in the base of my back/spine and I die every time we dance. But it's worth it."
Sweet Melody features on Little Mix's sixth album Confetti, which is due for release on November 6.
