Dermot O'Leary, who was presenting This Morning with Alison Hammond instead of Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, got into trouble when he forgot to social distance with his co-presenter.
Former Big Brother star Hammond shouted at the X Factor host to "get back" as he encroached on her space in a segment today.
The pair were discussing the camera angle that made the pair look like they were side-by-side even though they were two metres apart.
O'Leary referred to the new Covid-19 filming restrictions, asking: "Is this both our first experience of we're further away than we look?
Hammond replied: "Its amazing isn't it, it's so clever."
O'Leary extended his arm over towards his co-presenter who proceeded to shout: "Get back! Get Back! Stay in your zone babe, stay in your zone!"
