Activist and writer Katie Piper is joining the presenter line-up of BBC One's long-running religious programme Songs of Praise.
Piper first appeared as a contributor alongside her mother Diane on a Songs of Praise Mother's Day programme in March, during which she discussed her faith.
She said she was "thrilled" to join the show as a presenter, having enjoyed watching Songs of Praise "over the years".
"I am really looking forward to meeting so many different people through the show and hearing their inspiring and uplifting stories," she added.
Piper will make her debut as a feature presenter in the Songs of Praise airing on BBC One on Sunday, September 20.
