Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom said they are "floating with love and wonder" following the birth of their first child together.
The couple named their daughter Daisy Dove Bloom and shared their happy news through Unicef. Both Perry and Bloom are goodwill ambassadors for the charity.
"We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter," the couple said in a statement.
"But we know we're the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was. Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes.
Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom! We are honoured to introduce Goodwill Ambassadors @KatyPerry and Orlando Bloom's new bundle of joy.

"We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter."
"Since Covid-19, many more newborn lives are at risk because of a greater lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases. As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathise with struggling parents now more than ever."
The couple said they have set up a donation page to mark Daisy's birth.
Perry revealed she was expecting her first child through the music video for her song Never Worn White in March.
The following month, the couple announced the gender of their unborn baby by posting a picture of Bloom, covered in pink cake frosting on social media with the caption, "It's a girl!".
It is the first child for the couple, who got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019. Bloom also shares son Flynn, with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
