Roz said: "I found a notebook and it made me realise how far I’ve come. It’s so upsetting to read now because I ate 400 calories a day.
''Your whole worth is what weight you are, how skinny your waist is or if you have a thigh gap. It’s really difficult because once you get wrapped up in that, it becomes a vicious circle.
''I look at it now and its real proof of how far I’ve come but at the same time it’s really upsetting."
She added: "There is so much help out there, no matter how bad you think you are. Do I still get strange thoughts about my food and body? Yes but I have the tools to be not able to let it consume my day or change my habits."
