Musical composer Andrew Lloyd Webber has taken part in Oxford University's attempt to find a Covid-19 vaccine.

The Phantom of the Opera composer said the move was to "do anything to get theatres large and small open again and to get actors and musicians back to work."

During lockdown Lloyd Webber has continued to entertain his social media followers with his Composer in Isolation video series.

He also set up The Shows Must Go On, which gave theatre lovers the chance to watch professional recordings of musicals on YouTube.
