Total Wipeout, 7.10pm, BBC One

Pure lockdown TV this, as Freddie Flintoff and Paddy McGuinness provide what will hopefully be entertaining commentary to classic Total Wipeout episodes.

In this episode, a butler, a model and a sheep farmer are just three of the fearless contestants who attempt to jump, spin, slide and fall their way to a £10,000 cash prize.

Only the fastest three will make it to the final, battling against the might of the Big Red Balls, the bone-jarring Crash Mountain and the infamous Dizzy Dummies to get there.

The Secret Life of Bob Monkhouse, 10.45pm, BBC Four

This has been on a few times, but it's an absolutely fascinating account of the remarkable Bob Monkhouse.

The story of the comedian and game show host's life and career is told through the massive archive of films, TV shows, letters and memorabilia that he left behind after his death in 2003.

Contributors include Ronnie Corbett, Barry Cryer, Michael Grade and Lenny Henry.

The Dark Mirror, 2.05pm, BBC Two

Well worth watching just for a powerful dual performance from the recently deceased Olivia de Havilland, who won her first Oscar in the same year for To Each His Own.

This is a psychological thriller about twin sisters - one good, one bad - who are implicated in the murder of a famous physician.

After the dead man is discovered, a society beauty is placed at the scene of the crime by eyewitnesses. But the plot thickens when police discover that she has a twin sister.

Two-time Grammy nominated Joe Bonamassa salutes his fellow British blues icons at this live performance filmed at Greenwich Music Time at The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich in 2016.

Faturing hits from Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page, this is Joe paying homage to the British guitarists who inspired him the most.

Fun Harry Potter prequel, starring Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston and Colin Farrell.

British author Newt Scamander arrives in 1920s New York with a bagful of magical creatures as part of a global study of fantastic beasts, but gets caught up in a conflict when some of the creatures in his care are accidentally released.

With a strange dark force terrorising the city, Newt needs to find some allies to help him round-up the beasts, while saving his own skin in the meantime.

Spectre, 9.30pm, RTÉ One

Daniel Craig returns as James Bond, this time alongside Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux and Ralph Fiennes.

This time around, 007 goes rogue after receiving a cryptic message that sets him on the trail of a secretive criminal network.

While his colleagues face a new threat closer to home, Bond embarks on a globetrotting journey in search of the elusive mastermind behind the syndicate - whom he discovers may have links to his own past.

The Revenant, 9.00pm, BBC Two

This Western, starring an Oscar-winning Leonardo DiCaprio, with Tom Hardy and Domhnall Gleeson, is tough going.

A frontiersman leading a hunting party through the wilderness is mauled by a bear, and a travelling companion who pledged to stay with him until help comes kills his son and leaves him for dead.

Against all odds, the wounded man survives his injuries and embarks on a gruelling quest for revenge that takes him through a harsh landscape.
