A host of leading singers and artists have created a musical tribute to Van Morrison to mark his 75th birthday, with Andrea Corr kicking off the celebrations with a cover of Morrison's hit track Moondance.
To mark the legendary singer's milestone birthday on August 31, a series of cover songs entitled Rave On, Van Morrison will be broadcast on the Hot Press YouTube channel every night at 7pm.
Corr's performance, which aired on Tuesday evening, is the first of many stunning renditions of the iconic singer's songs lined up over the coming weeks.
Also among those taking part in the YouTube extravaganza are President Michael D Higgins, Una Healy, Bill Whelan, Hozier, Sinéad O'Connor, Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol, Imelda May, Glen Hansard and Damien Dempsey.

Speaking about the unique event, President Michael D Higgins said: "Van Morrison is one of the outstanding songwriters and performers of the past 60 years and has been a powerful inspiration to successive generations of musicians and artists all over the island of Ireland, and abroad.
