Actress Tameka Empson is Walford bound to reprise her role as Kim Fox on Eastenders after welcoming her second child during her break from the soap.
Kim Fox left the Square behind last year, heading to Scotland for a new job, but it has now been revealed that in real-life, actress Tameka Empson was on maternity leave.
Speaking on Loose Women about looking after her two young children during lockdown Empson said: "I have a bouncing baby boy. (It was) a challenge. Nothing prepares you for it. I've got my daughter, who is 6, doing homeschooling, and I've got my newborn, who you've just got to watch everything."
Diane Parish, who plays Kim's onscreen sister Denise, was also on the video call interview and revealed that the Fox sisters would be reuniting in new EastEnders episodes soon.
Empson and Parish are also set to appear on Monday night's episode of EastEnders: Secrets from the Square and are sure to reveal more about what's ahead for the Fox sisters.
