A new love interest for Aaron Dingle is expected to make its presence felt in Emmerdale
Aaron (Danny Miller) and Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) divorced some time ago, but it seems like Aaron will be ready for fresh romance as he comes across a person from his past, according to Digital Spy.
Aaron will, it is reported, meet up by chance with Ben, with whom he went to school. The initial impetus for the plot-line is that Ben was bullied by Aaron for being gay.
Robert was sentenced to 14 years in prison following rapist Lee Posner's death. He was then moved to the Isle of Wight with a prohibition on visitors, which broke Aaron's spirit.
Viewers recently saw Aaron receive a letter from Robert, as Robert apologised for how things ended between them.

Danny Miller recently talked about his mental health struggles during lockdown, giving full credit to his partner Steph for assisting him through the crisis.
"She deserves the credit, entirely," he wrote on Instagram. "We all show off our best moments on socials, never do we share the worst moments. But this girl has shared and carried some of the lowest points of my life over the last few months.
"Talk to someone. And allow someone to love you and love them in return."
