U2 singer and frontman Bono has issued six messages to all the 6th class graduates of Ireland.
Today is the day that the Home School Hub Class of 2020 graduate, a beautiful day that also sees Bono reflect on the time he too was leaving sixth class.
"When I was leaving primary school, I wanted to be a singer, but I didn't have the courage to tell anyone," he recalls in one of the messages.

"There will always be people who will tell you you’re not smart enough, strong enough, talented enough - that you can’t do that thing that you so deeply want to.
"Avoid them. Because there’s going to be people who tell you, you can be anything you want to be, everything you want to be, and I’d rather listen to them.
"I mean the ones who ignore you, they can have some positives, but let’s avoid them for the moment."
