Keanu Reeves is auctioning off a 15-minute Zoom call to the highest bidder to raise money for a US children's cancer charity.

The actor will take part in the Idaho-based charity Camp Rainbow Gold’s online auction and fans are invited to make bids on a chat with the star of The Matrix and the Bill and Ted movies.

Reeves has reportedly been quietly donating time and money to cancer charities in honour of his sister who battled leukaemia, the Hollywood Reporter says.

Bidding on the 50-lot auction is open now and runs until June 22 and Reeves, who can be seen next in the new Bill and Ted film, will answer questions and perhaps share a (virtual) glass of wine with the highest bidder.

Former Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke is also taking part and will perform a 15-minute private Zoom concert, while voice actor Rob Paulsen will mimic some of his characters from Jimmy Neutron to Pinky and the Brain, and also donate merchandise and a recorded voicemail message.
