Stranger Things actress, Millie Bobby Brown, has been 'writing and recording' her own music material during self-isolation.

The 16-year-old, who plays Eleven in the popular Netflix science fiction horror series, said she is laying down tracks with her brother, Charlie, from their home studio.

Speaking on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon via video link from her music studio, Millie said: "I'm trying [to record]. Me and my brother are always in the studio doing stuff and writing stuff."

The chat show king then pointed out what a "great singer" the actress is, after the teen partook in the Singing Whisper Challenge game.

The upcoming forth series of Stranger Things, which is due to film in Vilnius, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, had started filming before coronavirus safety measures closed down production.

"We stopped filming, we already shot two weeks in Lithuania, not me but the crew. We were just about to get into but for everyone's safety we have stopped," Millie told Fallon.

The release date had planned to be in the 2020-2021 television season, but the new scheduling date is yet unknown.
