Fifteen years on from their epic prank on Bradley Walsh, Ant & Dec have set The Chase host up again, with the mayhem set to screen on this weekend's Saturday Night Takeaway.
"We got him 15 years ago and we've said for the last couple of weeks [that] he was the angriest celebrity when he found out it was us at the end," Ant McPartlin told ITV's This Morning on Friday. "He stormed off - literally walked off - wouldn't talk to us, took a lot of convincing to come back and chat.
"So since that day we've kind of thought, 'We've got to get him again'. So it's been three years in the planning, this undercover, but we've got him on the set of The Chase. It was an episode of The Chase he'll never forget!"
"It's so easy to wind him up!" smiled Declan Donnelly.
The duo joined This Morning via video link from the Saturday Night Takeaway rehearsals, with the live show set to take place without a studio audience for the first time due to Covid-19 restrictions.
"We'll go on with the show," said Donnelly.
"For as long as we're allowed and as long as we are able we'll try and bring you a show - try and put a smile on your face."
