British TV personalities Ant and Dec will present their live show tonight as usual, despite fears over the coronavirus.

The pair made light of the guidance around the spread of the Coronavirus, while saying they wanted to "put a few smiles on a few faces tonight".

McPartlin poured antibacterial gel on his hands before he ran down through the audience to meet his co-star on the stage.

Donnelly used the namaste greeting with his hands held together, then jokingly touched each others' feet and elbows, rather than shaking hands.

McPartlin said: "I'm sure like us you've all been following the news, and in the current climate nothing is more important than people's health."

Donnelly said: "But unfortunately that means we're not going to be able to bring you the final show of the series from Florida."

Earlier in the day he said on social media that it was: "business as usual" and they will continue to broadcast  for as long as they are allowed.

But there was good news too: "And even better than that, they have said we can still have more places to give away. We are going to do our best to put a few smiles on a few faces tonight."

Sweetie darlings! The fabulous @antanddec are here to let you know what's coming up in tonight's show... ✨
