Together again. Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson and Martin McDonagh reunite for new film

It is reported that In Bruges stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson will reunite with writer-director Martin McDonagh for a new film, The Banshees of Inisheer.

US entertainment trade publication Deadline reports that the cameras will begin rolling this summer. 

Deadline says Farrell and Gleeson "will play two lifelong friends who find themselves at an impasse when one abruptly ends their relationship with alarming consequences for both of them".

Farrell, Gleeson and McDonagh struck comedy gold when they worked together on In Bruges - the story of two hapless hitmen who have to go into hiding in the Belgian city. 

Farrell subsequently won a Golden Globe in 2008 for his performance in the film. Gleeson was also Golden Globe-nominated, with McDonagh Oscar-nominated for his screenplay.
