The Olympic boxer said that he felt boxing training was very useful on the cardiovascular front saying that spurts of boxing would be similar to the length of a dance routine.
Carruth also revealed that it took two layers of fake tan to make him look that good. If he was a betting man the boxer has revealed that he thinks Lottie of the girls or Aidan from the boys will win.
Asked if he would be keeping any of his costumes, he said he will be allowed to keep them all, but was most likely to wear his gold shirt again.
Due to RTÉ's comprehensive Election 2020 coverage, next week's switch-up week on Dancing with the Stars will switch to Saturday night at 6.35 pm on RTÉ One.
