Coronation Street fans have been promised a "glorious homage" and a "comedy of errors" for the ITV soap's 10,000th episode next month.
The hour-long special will air on ITV and Virgin Media One on Friday, February 7.
Warning: spoiler alert!
The Press Association says the episode will see Rita receive the ashes of her estranged husband Dennis, and a note requesting that she scatter them in Blackpool.
She is joined on the trip by a number of Weatherfield residents, including Ken, Jenny, Gail and Audrey. However, things don't go to plan - and by the end of the episode one character has decided to leave the cobbles for good.

Corrie's producer Iain MacLeod said: "10,000 episodes! Not bad for a programme which one newspaper said in 1960 was 'doomed from the outset'.
"I am first and foremost a massive fan of the show and I watched this landmark episode with absolute glee.
"It is uniquely Corrie: funny, poignant and characterful - and a glorious homage to the comedic charabanc trips of times past, packed with strong female characters and sparkling dialogue."
"It's a really great exhibition of Coronation Street's classic qualities as we start a new decade on the cobbles," MacLeod added.
Coronation Street celebrates its 60th birthday later this year. It airs on Virgin Media One and ITV on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
