Tom Jones has heaped praise on the talented Irish musicians taking part in the new series of The Voice UK saying this year's show should be called "The Voice Ireland".
The 79-year-old coach, who stars on the show alongside Will.i.am, Meghan Trainor and Olly Murs, admits he was blown away by Galway man Brian Corbett and Elly O'Keeffe from Cork on the most recent episode.
In week 4 of the blind auditions, 29-year-old bartender Brian wowed the panel with his stunning take of Ed Sheeran's Give Me Love but it was Olly Murs who turned around.
Also, Elly, a 31-year-old teacher living in London but originally from Cork, left everyone stunned with her sensational cover of River by Leon Bridges.
Her touching performance got spins from Tom, Olly and Meghan leading to a field battle to secure her for their teams with Tom winning out.
The Voice UK continues Saturday nights.
