Dermot Kennedy has announced a pair of outdoor shows next summer in Dublin and Cork.
Ahead of two sold out 3Arena shows this December, and the success of his debut album Without Fear, the 27-year-old rising star is set to play Dublin's Malahide Castle on Friday June 16, and Irish Independent Park in Cork on Saturday June 27.
Speaking about the writing of his new album Kennedy says, "I wanted it to represent darkness and sorrow but also hope, and that battle between them, and the way that in life you'll inevitably experience beautiful things and terrible things".
Tickets from €49.90 go on sale on Friday November 8 at 9.00am via Ticketmaster.
