Bill Murray has been offered a job at a Chinese restaurant in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport after applying to join its staff.

The Press Association reports that The Lost in Translation and Ghostbusters star shared his culinary ambitions on Amy Schumer's 3 Girls, 1 Keith podcast.

"I did fill out an application at PF Chang's at the Atlanta airport, because I think that's one of the great places," he told the show.

Murray said he wanted to join the staff because it looked like they were having "the best time".

On hearing of Murray's application, PF Chang's tweeted: "Bill, you're hired! When can you start?"
