Guilt, 9.00pm, BBC One
Written by Neil Forsyth, this four-part drama stars Mark Bonnar as Max, Jamie Sives as Jake, Emun Elliot as private investigator Kenny, Sian Brooke as Max's wife Claire, Ruth Bradley as Walter’s American niece Angie and Ellie Haddington as Walter’s neighbour Sheila.
In a residential street in Edinburgh, two disparate brothers, high flying lawyer Max and Jake, a record shop owner, accidentally run down an old man, Walter, on their way home from a wedding.
Uninsured and under the influence, Jake is persuaded by Max to cover up their deathly deed.
But their hopes that the death will be passed off as natural causes are dashed when neighbours and relatives begin to suspect Walter’s death wasn’t as innocent as it seems.
The brothers find their lives rapidly falling apart as their actions begin to catch up with them.

The World According to Vladimir Putin, 10.00pm, Channel 4
Here's what's been billed as a 'comic but ultimately alarming' glimpse into the surreal world of Russian television.
From the Skripal poisoning to former UK Prime Minister Teresa May's cleavage, Europe's allegedly unhealthy homosexual tendencies to President Putin's prowess at ice hockey, it paints a paranoid picture in which only Russia's president can make his country great again in the face of foreign intelligence plots and American imperialism.
Britain's Lost Masterpieces, 9.00pm, BBC Four
In the Bodleian Library in Oxford, Dr Bendor Grosvenor identifies a portrait of a fellow of Merton College from the 1750s, George Oakley Aldrich.
It's not known who painted the picture, but Bendor believes it is by the most famous painter of British grand tourists that ever lived, Italian artist Pompeo Batoni.

Don't Miss
Not Going Out Halloween Special, 11.05pm, BBC One
Good to see this very funny show back for a spook-tacular special. It’s Halloween and Lee and Lucy take the children out trick or treating.
Lee accidentally drops his phone in the porch of a scary-looking Victorian house and makes the mistake of going back to retrieve it. Once there, he discovers that the house is full of secrets that would be far better left undisturbed.
