Niall Horan has shut down rumours that he is dating Selena Gomez, insisting that they are just "good friends".
The One Direction singer and pop star and actress had been spotted together on multiple occasions recently prompting speculation that they were an item.
However, Mullingar man Horan has poured cold water on the rumours during an appearance on Sirius XM.
"We're friends," he said. '"We have the same group of friends. We hang out all the time. The one photo that was ever taken got posted.

When asked if they have any plans to collaborate on some music, he replied: "No collaborations as of yet. I know she's been doing some music too. We were just out for dinner."
Gomez was previously in a relationship with Justin Bieber, while Horan dated actress Hailee Steinfeld.
