Victoria Beckham says the key to a happy marriage is ''communication'' and "growing together" as a couple.

The 45-year-old former Spice Girl, who walked down the aisle with David Beckham in July 1999, has children Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 14, and Harper, eight, with the ex pro-footballer.

''But we both work really hard.

''We love what we do professionally.
