The Script have announced that they will be bringing their Sunsets and Full Moons tour to Dublin's 3Arena and Belfast's SSE Arena next March.

Having just released their new single The Last Time ahead of the release of their new album Sunsets and Full Moons on November 8, the Dublin trio are embarking on an arena tour next year.

The band will take to the stage in Belfast on March 3 and Dublin on March 6 and 7.

Tickets for the shows are priced from €42.70 and go on sale from usual outlets at 9.30am on Friday, October 18.

"I think it's the most poignant record we’ve ever made," O’Donoghue said of their upcoming album.

"Our music was always about being together with the audience, and writing about your own feelings, and sharing them."

Sheehan added, "No frills, no production, just us playing as a band. It’s us doing what we do best."

The Script will begin their tour in Liverpool on February 20, wrapping things up in the Netherlands on March 21. The tour will include dates in London, Germany, Denmark and Brussels.
