Celine Dion will make a return to the city that launched her career when she plays two concerts at Dublin's 3Arena in September 2020.
The Canadian singer, whose hits include Think Twice and My Heart Will Go On, brings her Courage World Tour to Dublin on September 14 and 15 next year as part of a global jaunt, which kicked off on September 18 in Québec City and which will see her play nearly 100 cities.
Dion won the Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland in Dublin's RDS in 1988 with the song Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi and her victory was the launch pad for a career that has seen her sell over 250 million records worldwide.
Tickets for her Dublin dates go on sale on Friday, October 4 at 10.00am.
Dion’s new album Courage, her first English language album in six years, is set for release on November 15.
Last week, she released three new tracks from her new album, Imperfections, Lying Down, and the title song, Courage.
The 51-year-old singer's 16-year Las Vegas residency came to an end last June.
