The Circle's back for a second run, Goodbye House is a new show about downsizing, while it's farewell to Euphoria and The Cry . . .
Pick of the Day
Live: the Circle, 9.15pm, Channel 4
This is like something from Black Mirror. Back for a second season, Emma Willis hosts the game where anyone can be anyone, and where up to £100k (what's that worth now? About €50?) is on offer for the winner.
In the first episode, Emma presents the live launch as the first eight players enter the game and make themselves at home. But they won't have long to settle as The Circle has a surprise in store.
Emma is joined in the studio by friends and families of the players alongside last year's winner, Alex. And viewers at home will get their first chance to influence The Circle with a dramatic live vote.

Ending Tonight
Euphoria, 10.10pm, Sky Atlantic & NOW TV
Justifying the hype, this teen drama has been a great watch so far, with Zendaya putting in a remarkable shift as Rue, the troubled teen addict and central character in this rollercoaster ride of a show.
In the final episode of the Drake-produced drama, it's all about to go down at the school winter formal. With Rue and Jules’ relationship becoming increasingly unstable, Rue questions whether Jules will stay with her in the long term.
Meanwhile, Nate faces conflict from every side, as Maddy, Rue and even his father confront him regarding his actions. Fez enters survival mode in order to pay back Mouse, and Cal makes the biggest decision of her life so far.
The Cry, 10.15pm, RTÉ One
It's the concluding part of this impressive (and disturbing) BBC drama starring Jenna Coleman as Joanna Lyndsay, a schoolteacher whose four-month old baby Noah disappears whilst she and her fiancé Alistair (Ewen Leslie) are visiting family in Australia.
Joanna and Alastair grow further and further apart as they attempt to rebuild their lives back in Scotland. But, an unexpected delivery triggers a long-forgotten memory for Joanna and throws things into question, changing everything.
The Geansaí, 7.00pm, RTÉ One
The third and final episode of the series, focusing on Ireland’s sporting communities and their stories, looks at how a small rural club in Northwest Donegal pulled together to bring an Ulster provincial title back for the first time.
The task of winning an Ulster club football title is never an easy one, and not many would have predicted that Gaoth Dobhair had what it took last year. But a convincing win over Naomh Conaill leads to some early Christmas celebrations.
Don't Miss
Goodbye House, 8.30pm, RTÉ One
Here's a brand new six-part series that features people who have made the decision to downsize from their family home - with a twist.
Instead of choosing potential new properties themselves, they will leave it in the hands of their nearest and dearest, their family and friends, to choose the potential properties for them.
Episode one features Anne Lynch who is living close to Swinford in Mayo. Her current property is just too much for her to look after, so she's looking to move to a property that is low maintenance and within budget.
Anne chooses three of her best friends, Breege, Margaret and Helena to take up the task of finding her a new home.
The South Bank Show Originals 2019, 10.30pm, Sky Arts & NOW TV
Melvyn interviews Jimmy McGovern in Liverpool in the run up to his documentary-drama Hillsborough.
This was an unflinching account of the events that led to 96 Liverpool football fans being crushed to death at the Hillsborough football ground in 1989.
McGovern, a Liverpool supporter, wanted his TV drama to get to the bottom of what went wrong, why it went wrong and to expose the lengths the police went to cover-up their incompetence.
