The National Concert Hall's Tradition Now Series, featuring performances by Lisa O’Neill, Ye Vagabonds, Sam Amidon, Steve Cooney, and more, takes place this October and we have two pairs of tickets to give away to a night of your choice.
The six-day festival runs from October 1 to 6 and takes a unique look at the evolution of traditional music and provides a platform for forward-thinking musicians.

Among the extensive bill, Geoff Travis, head of the legendary Rough Trade label that signed The Smiths, will curate a special evening dedicated to his new River Lea label, home to Lisa O’Neill, Ye Vagabonds, and piper Brìghde Chaimbeul.
Also over the course of the festival, Sam Amidon makes a return to the NCH, while Liam O’Flynn Award recipient Úna Monaghan presents a concert of her compositions for harp and electronics on October 1.
In a very special performance in the Pepper Canister Church on October 3rd, original Bothy Band fiddle player Paddy Glackin teams up with organist Catherine Ennis and lauded piper and cellist Neil Martin for a mix of traditional airs and newly-composed works.
