Former US president Barack Obama has revealed the songs he and wife Michelle have been jamming to this summer and it includes a song from a Northern Irish icon and one written by an Irish artist.
Posting the list to Twitter on Saturday, he wrote: "With summer winding down, here's a sampling of what Michelle and I have been listening to — some new, some old, some fast, some slow. Hope you enjoy. "

The eclectic list includes current bangers such as Juice by Lizzo, Old Town Road by Lil Nas X and Señorita by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello, as well as some older jams like Reelin' In the Years by Steely Dan, Doo Wop (That Thing) by Lauryn Hill and Brown Eyed Girl by Belfast star Van Morrison.
Track five on the playlist, Fade Out Lines - The Avener Rework by The Avener and Phoebe Killdeer, was written by Killdeer with Irish music star Craig Walker, formerly of Dublin band Power of Dreams.
