Netflix has joined forces with film maker and comedian Kevin Smith to remake He-Man: Masters of the Universe as an anime series.
He-Man was a popular 1980s kids' show featuring Prince Adam of planet Eternia, who had a magical sword that could turn him into a warrior called He-Man.
He-Man: Masters of the Universe Revelation will continue on from where it left off 35-years ago.
In a statement, Smith, famous for his breakthrough movie Clerks, said "I’m Eternia-ly grateful to Mattel TV and Netflix for entrusting me with not only the secrets of Grayskull, but also their entire Universe."
He also said that the series just might have "the final battle between He-Man and Skeletor".
Netflix has yet to comment on the news.
