Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello's Senorita extend their reign at Number 1 in the Irish Singles Chart, while Ed Sheeran retains top spot in the album category.

Senorita has now notched-up a sixth week at the singles' summit and the track now ties with Lewis Capaldi’s Someone You Loved and Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber’s I Don’t Care for most weeks at Number 1 in 2019.

Meanwhile, Dermot Kennedy’s Outnumbered reaches new heights, lifting one place to Number 2. It’s the joint-highest placing for an Irish artist single this year, matching the chart placing of Westlife’s Hello My Love.

Sam Smith climbs six rungs to Number 5 with How Do You Sleep? which becomes his eighth Top 5 hit, and there are new peaks inside the Top 10 for Goodbyes by Post Malone ft. Young Thug (6), Mabel’s Mad Love (8) and Sigala & Becky Hill’s Wish You Well (10).

In the album charts, Ed Sheeran’s No 6 Collaborations Project holds firm at Number 1, claiming a third consecutive week at the top.

Meanwhile, NF score the week’s highest new entry. The Christian rapper’s fifth studio album The Searchlands is at Number 8, becoming his first Top 50 entry in the process. NF reached Number 4 on the Official Irish Singles Chart in 2017 with Let You Down.

Jax Jones’ Snacks EP hits a new peak position for the third week in a row, rising to Number 15, and Chance the Rapper’s debut album The Big Day - featuring uncredited appearances from Shawn Mendes, Nicki Minaj and John Legend - is new at Number 18.

Further down, Fontaines DC’s debut album Dogrel returns to the Top 50 at 39 following their Mercury Prize nomination.

Meanwhile, in the official Irish Homegrown Chart Top 20, RuthAnne makes her debut with the highest new entry on this week’s Homegrown Top 20.

From Donaghmede in Dublin, RuthAnne has written songs for the likes of Niall Horan and JoJo but storms onto this week’s chart as an artist in her own right. Her 2018 single The Vow lands at Number 9 after it featured on the final episode of Love Island.

Elsewhere, Dermot Kennedy holds at Number 1 with Outnumbered, while Fontaines D.C. return to the Top 20 at Number 18 with Boys In The Better Land following their Mercury Prize nomination.
