It is reported that EastEnders star Emma Barton will be among the celebrity contestants on the new series of Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One.
Barton plays Honey Mitchell in the BBC soap, and The Sun on Sunday says she has her heart set on winning the glitterball trophy.
"She is very musical, has natural rhythm, and is sure to do well," a source told the tabloid.
"She's also come from a bit of a dance background, so is hopeful this could open new doors."
Barton previously starred in a stage production of the musical Chicago.
Barton will reportedly join a Strictly line-up that also includes former Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley, presenter Anneka Rice, Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing, Olympic gold medal rower James Cracknell and BBC Radio 1 DJ Dev Griffin.
The line-up has yet to be officially announced ahead of the series' return in September.
