Virgin Media Television has confirmed it has "no immediate plans" to bring back entertainment competition Ireland's Got Talent for a third series.
The Irish Daily Star reports that a statement explained the decision had been made "due to a combination of logistical and scheduling reasons".
"Virgin Media Television are [sic] tremendously proud of the show and how it has raised the bar for production in Ireland," the statement added.
Presented by Lucy Kennedy, Ireland's Got Talent's judging line-up featured Jason Byrne, Denise Van Outen, Michelle Visage and Louis Walsh.
The most recent series was won by Dublin dance troupe BSD in April.
