The cause of the Disney Channel star Cameron Boyce's sudden death is yet to be determined and the LA County Coroner has asked for 'further investigation'.
The 20-year-old actor, known for his roles in the Descendants franchise and the TV show Jessie, died after being found unconscious at his home in North Hollywood on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the Boyce family confirmed the news in a statement which read: "It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron.
"He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.
A post-mortem was performed on Monday and a cause of death will be determined following "further investigation," according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Department Of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
Boyce's father Victor thanked fans via Twitter for their "love and support".

Boyce was born in Los Angeles and made his acting debut aged nine in the horror film Mirrors in 2008.
His breakthrough role was in the Disney television show Jessie in which he played Luke Ross, one of the leading characters. It ran for four season from 2011 to 2015.
He became best known for playing Carlos, son of villain Cruella De Vil, in 2015's Disney TV movie Descendants and the sequel in 2017. He also starred in the Adam Sandler films Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2.
Following his death, co-stars including Adam Sandler and Salma Hayek paid tribute.
