Love Island's Irish contestant Maura Higgins reads Tom Walker the riot act - and how - on Thursday night's episode of the show.
Determined to get to the bottom of comments Tom has made about her, Maura asks him what he has said.
Tom claims he has "been misconstrued".
"The bottom line is, we're getting to know each other," he continues. "I'm enjoying spending time with you."
"It's been relayed to you in a negative way when it's not as black and white as that; it's the fact that we're still getting to know each other and it's very early stages," he adds.
In the Beach Hut, the Longford woman gives her take on the exchange.

"I don't want a man that's going to speak about me behind my back," she says. "And if he's said something, honestly I can't see us going back from this if he has, because I've asked straight out to his face, 'Have you said something?' and he said no. So if he's lied, he can **** off basically."
Later, Maura questions Jordan Hames about what Tom said - and his answer leaves her furious.
She finds Tom in the garden and tears strips off him.

"Why weren't you honest with me? Am I an attention seeker? Am I OTT? Do you honestly think that I want to speak to you?" she says - and a lot more besides.
"How dare you say those things about me."
That's not the end of the drama, however, as the Islanders also discover they will have to choose who is leaving the villa.
Love Island continues on Virgin Media Two and ITV2 at 9:00pm on Thursday.
