Former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas and onetime The Only Way is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh have announced that they are engaged.
Twenty-seven-year-old Mecklenburgh shared the happy news on her Instagram page on Saturday, posting a picture of her kissing 35-year-old Thomas with the caption "I said yes" and engagement ring and love heart emojis.
The picture was taken in the Italian town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast.
Celebrity Big Brother winner Thomas, who played Jason Grimshaw in Coronation Street for over 15 years, met Mecklenburgh when they took part in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls in 2017.
