The NBC series The Good Place, which Irish viewers can watch on Netflix or E4, will end after its fourth series.
In a tweet, the show's creator Mike Schur said that after it was picked up for a second series, that 50 episodes was the right number on which to call it a day.

Schur had previously told Variety that the show was a "bullet train that doesn't slow down"
He also told the Hollywood Reporter: "I knew I needed to map this out in the same way that I mapped out the first season, I needed to map out the whole show.
"I didn't feel like it needed to be definitive but I needed to have a sense of how long I thought the idea could sustain itself. I came to the conclusion pretty quickly that it was four seasons."
NBC Entertainment's Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta also commented on the show's ending in a statement.
"Since day one, The Good Place has been a seminal show for us and one that hits all the NBC touch points, incredibly smart, funny, inventive and emotional.
"We know the audience will love what Mike Schur and his writers have in store for the final season."
