Jennifer Lopez began the first leg of her It's My Party Tour last night at The Forum in Los Angeles with many of her best-known tracks.
The Love Don't Cost a Thing singer surprised the crowd by bringing out her daughter Emme, aged-11.
The pair in matching dresses sang a song from the Second Act soundtrack called Limitless. Emme's proud mother said: "We should have her come out and do something on tour!"
Dad Marc Anthony said in a radio interview on iHeartRadio: "Music was a big part of my life growing up, and I hope it does the same for [Emme] as it has done for me."
He added: "And if that is what she wants to do...well, she should do it because she likes it, not because she has to. Not for fame, or popularity, or for likes."
