Dean has already been in trouble over the Hot Pots van this week when he was found in breach of his licence, but things go from bad to worse when a situation transpires in the van in Thursday's episode.
Heather and Ellie are in the van and Dean begs her to open the door.
However, Heather isn't heeding his pleas, and reminisces with Ellie: "Do you remember the time that I burnt the eggs and the place stank for days. It was great wasn't it! Us all together, that's the way family's are supposed to be."
"Hardly, dad's never there", Ellie protests.
"Well he will be when we go back, I'll make him, and his patients will have to come to him", Heather promises.
"Be careful with that, that's sharp", Ellie warns as Heather chops up some food with a large knife.
It is obvious that Ellie is hugely uncomfortable and tells Heather: "I told you what I want."
"You don't know what you want, you're a child", Heather snaps.
When Ellie tells Heather she needs to go to the toilet, Heather admonishes her.
They are interrupted when a shocked Hughie barges into the van and Heather points the knife at him...
