Ireland's Fittest Family is returning in 2019 and applications are now open. Have you and your family got what it takes to win?
Last year, the Coneys from Tyrone coached by Anna Geary were victorious when they defeated the McDonalds from Laois, the Lawlors from Limerick and the Finnegan Hogans from Cork in the grand finale in Croke Park.
Heading into its seventh season, the show is once again searching the country to find the fittest, fastest and strongest families to enter Ireland's most extreme fitness competition.
There are a few conditions including: a minimum age of 14 on 01 June 2019, and each family will be comprised of four immediate members - e.g. parent(s), children, grandparents, stepparents and stepchildren.
The new run of the show will be shot between July and September 2019, so contestants would be required to be available during that period.
