Rapper Future has revealed that he has collaborated with Elton John, although there are no specific details as yet.

The rapper broke the news to fans via an Instagram post on Sunday. 'Me and my brother @eltonjohn leaving the studio,' he wrote, captioning the photo 'Love is Love.'

A singer, songwriter, and record producer, Future was born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn. He grew up in Atlanta, and first became involved in music as part of the Dungeon Family collective where he got the nickname, The Future.

According to XXL, he is currently working on the follow-up to Future Hndrxx Presents: The Wizrd, released in January. Future and Drake recently put out a teaser for their sequel to their 2015 project, What a Time to Be Alive. 

Elton has collaborated in the hip-hop field before, notably with Kanye West and Young Thug. He admires the work of Tech N9ne and A Tribe Called Quest. In September 2018 he dedicated a performance to Mac Miller, shortly after the rapper's death.
