Singer/songwriter David Gray, who is performing his second night tonight in the sold out Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin, has said that he has enjoyed being able to add the electronic elements to his old hits, while he has been touring with his new album Gold in a Brass Age.
He played in Castlebar last week and is set to bring his tour down under to Australia next week.
The 50-year-old singer/songwriter of White Ladder has said that putting electronic elements into his music has made his previous works more interesting to play again.

Speaking about his tour to music website MusicFeeds, he said: ''We play for like 45 minutes at the start, and it's all songs from the new album.
"Then, for the next hour 15, we circle back around to the past and work backwards chronologically."
He said it has been over 20 years since the album White Ladder was released.
