Toy Show star Stella McGirl once again stole Friday's Late Late as she made her bid to become a new presenter on RTÉ One's Ear to the Ground.

The Leitrim farmer was in the studio to mark lambing season.

"You've been visiting sheep farms this week," said host Ryan Tubridy.

"I have, yeah," replied the Ballinamore youngster. "And me knowing nothing about sheep! I'm only into cattle and stuff like that!"

Stella deserves her own show!

And the hits just kept coming.

"Is this something you'd be interested in doing growing up, like sheep farming?" asked Tubridy.

"Hmmm," mused Stella. "Well, something like Ear to the Ground, something like that!"

When Tubridy suggested that Ear to the Ground should have a section for "young farmers like you", Stella replied: "Aye! Nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!"
