The new comedy superhero movie tells the story of how 15-year-old foster kid Billy Batson (Asher Angel) is transformed into grown-up crime (and everything else) buster Shazam! after he is chosen by a wizard to carry on the work of an ancient and mystical order. Take it from us, it is funny.
The film also stars Mark Strong as villain Dr. Thaddeus Sivana and Djimon Hounsou as The Wizard.
