EastEnders star Katie Jarvis, who plays Hayley Slater on the BBC soap, has said she is "absolutely fine" following reports that she was attacked on a night out at the weekend.
Reports had said Jarvis was attacked with a glass while socialising on Friday night in London.
The 27-year-old took to Twitter to "put people's minds, and questions to rest".
"I am absolutely fine thank you so much for all your concern and checking in on me but I'm a soldier and been through hell of alot [sic] worse," she wrote.
"Now you can start focusing your concerns on some real news. Love you all xx."
EastEnders airs on RTÉ One and BBC One on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
