The trailer for the upcoming second season of the hit drama Killing Eve has been released and it looks like fans are in for a treat.
The cat-and-mouse thriller from Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge stars Sandra Oh as Eve Polastri, an M15 agent trying to hunt down psychopathic assassin Villanelle, played by Jodie Comer.
A new teaser for the show has now been unveiled and it looks like the stakes are even higher this season.

The trailer teases Villanelle's next steps after she was stabbed by Eve at the end of season one.

We see the famously well-dressed character donning a host of new disguises as she attempts to outsmart Eve.
It looks like the show hasn't lost its sense of humour for the second run. At one point in the trailer Villanelle is approached by a blogger asking to take her photographer for her Instagram page.
"No of course not. Get a real life", she retorts.
Meanwhile, Sandra Oh's Eve looks like she's reaching breaking point.
"It feels like I'm losing my mind a little bit", she admits.
It looks clear that there will be plenty of twists and turns coming up in the second season of Killing Eve which airs on AMC and BBC America on April 7. The air date for the show in Ireland has not yet been revealed.
