Pick of the Day
This is Us, 11.10pm, RTÉ One
The hugely emotional, time-jumping family drama starring Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K Brown and co continues to unravel the multi-layered life stories of the Pearson clan.
This week, for example, we go back to 1998 as Randall skips prom after Allison's father rejects him because of his race. Meanwhile, in the present, Kate and Toby wait to hear if she is pregnant, while Randall's campaign event goes badly and he rethinks his goal.
Beth then tells Randall a job interview went well, when it didn't, and we also learn more about Jack's earlier life in the military.

New or Returning Shows
Ár gClub, 8.00pm, TG4
This is a new seven-part documentary series that gives a unique insight into the families and communities involved in four very different GAA clubs as they battle for honours and strive to survive the 2018 season.
This opening episode follows the supporters of Cumann Caide na Gaeltachta to their All Ireland semi-final match against Moy Tír na nÓg from Tyrone, both clubs battling for a place in the final and a chance to play in Croke Park.
Meanwhile, the Liam McCarthy Cup arrives at na Piarsaigh clubhouse as their under-8 team begin their first training session of the season, while at Na Dúnaibh preparations begin on and off the field before they host Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta finals in June.

Ending Tonight
Flirty Dancing, 10.00pm, Channel 4
In the fifth and final programme of the series, Ashley Banjo helps 25-year-old dance teacher Daniel, from Bath.
Although confident enough to dance in front of a thousand people, when it comes to dating Daniel has two left feet. Ashley matches him with media student Tatijana (21) from St Albans, who has never been in a relationship and struggles to get further than a second date.
Next up are physiotherapy student Rayna (21), from Portsmouth, and trainee firefighter Jay (25), from Manchester. Rayna describes her love life as 'non-existent' but her friends describe her as 'quite picky'.
She's on the hunt for a man with a six-pack. Jay wears his heart on his sleeve and describes his main loves as 'women, the gym and food'.

Don't Miss
Camping, 10.00pm, Sky Atlantic & NOW TV
It’s a trip that no one involved is really equipped for as the David Tennant-starring US remake of Julia Davis’ chaotic comedy continues with another double set of episodes.
First up, when the men head out on a guys’ fishing trip, Walt opens up about his sex life and admits that it's pretty much a thing of the past.
Then, a late-night pill mix-up takes place, leading to a buzzed Kathryn crashing a neighbouring campsite, leading to an awkward encounter with Nina-Joy and some of her chic old friends.
All episodes of Camping are available on demand from Sky Box Sets.
Here's a pretty good introduction if you haven't seen Camping yet:
